SB#1 Raiding/Insiding/Betraying/Griefing is NOT allowed. Any users who are convicted will face a permanent ban until the items are returned. Ban will carry over to any linked accounts. Whoever that places said 'item' will be the rightful owner of said 'item'.

-1st Offense:- Instant Unban IF items are refunded.
-2nd Offense:- Unban to return items then a 3-day ban
-3rd Offense:- Permanent ban with NO APPEAL

SB#2 Although we do not allow insiding, scamming is still allowed. However you may not scam in any trade involving IRL currencies and server donations.

SB#3 AH stands for "Auction House", not "Advertising House". If players are caught adverting their island/shops using renamed items, they will be warned first. Repeated offenders will face temp-bans.

SB#4 DO NOT cause any chat disruptions. This includes a players toxicity or any unneeded arguments. There is no need to flame on another user yet alone a member for their mistakes. If convicted, said player will face punishments in the forms of mutes/temp-ban depending on severity*.

SB#5 The use of macros to AFK farm or sell items is prohibited, We won't allow economy abuse through laziness and well using mods to gain an advantage. Anyone caught doing this will be banned without warning.
