To download, connect to Rizon IRC (irc.rizon.net), and read the topic on the
#madokami channel. Did you read it? Okay. Now, you'll have to do something
_hard_. Still there? You have to send a private message to our IRC bot. The
message is "REGISTER $user $pass", but wait! It's not actually dollar-sign-user
and dollar-sign-pass. No, that'd be weird. You need to replace those in your
mind with the actual user and pass you want. Got it? Form that picture. Got it
for reals? Okay. Our bot's name is in the topic, which you read. It's tricky,
we know, but we've got your back. Armed with your deep knowledge of IRC, now go
forth and message that bot. We're cheering for you, anon!

To upload content, use an FTP client or SFTP client.
We recommend FileZilla, and use the latest version so TLS will work.
Connect to:

Host: manga.madokami.com
Port: 24430 for FTP, or 38460 for SFTP

And use (shared between all users) these credentials:

User: homura
Pass: megane

Delete and overwrite permissions are disabled to prevent vandalism. If you need
to delete/overwrite files, move them into the "Admin Cleanup" directory and
they will be deleted later.
