  1. Not sure if this help is just for home users or whatnot, but I've got an issue with Server 2016 that is not getting answered elsewhere.
  2.
  3. We purchased a server with a 20TB volume on it. We use BackupAssist which basically uses windows server backup. We're getting the error "Volumes larger than 16777216 megabytes cannot be protected" when trying to take a bare metal image.
  4.
  5. My research shows that on Server 2016 on an NTFS partition, the maximum single file size is 256TB and the maximum volume size is 256TB as well. The only time there should be a 16TB limitation is because the volume is formatted with a 4KB cluster size. However our volume is formatted with a 8KB cluster size, which supports volumes up to 32TB.
  6.
  7. Why am I still being told that the volume cannot be protected?
