GMOTA items

Possible GMOTA Powerup/usable item ideas:

Taking some of the elemental gems from Realm667 and adding a few others, like one that scatters swords everywhere

a fast flying limited use (or cooldown based that lasts for the duration of the stage) ripping chakram that zips out and zips back

double damage? (Might be fucking crazy with Blaz)

little helpers that tag along and attack when you attack

SOTN-style meals on plates you throw down and then eat (in fact a lot of the consumable items from SOTN would work well here)

portable subweapon/subshot spawners, use them and you'll throw out a random subweapon/subshot to take.

Necromancer sphere, use it on command and you'll summon a wandering boner who fights for you for awhile, on death or after a set time, explodes into bones that do damage to enemies
