- From the wall socket, a voltage source of 240V AC is readily available. However,
- many appliances rely on DC current to work: a bridge rectifier circuit
- converts this less-than-useful AC voltage into a DC voltage.
- Our aim was to design and implement a bridge rectifier that could deliver
- 16V DC voltage with 5% variation. <blah> diodes were arranged into a
- bridge configuration, filter capacitors and a voltage regulator (type) were
- also added to smoothen the output DC. ETCETCETC
