  8. As long as im not in school, almost any time. (school = morning-3:30pm)
  9. Why do you want to be a part of the staff team?
  10. I want to help the server grow in size and become more popular.
  11. Secondly, I also stride to help the players with whatever they need and want to help them in any way I can.
  12. Thirdly, I want to be a part of the server's staff so I can keep it safe and do whatever I can to make it loved by many people.
  13. What can you bring to the staff team?
  14. I can bring extensive knowledge in Minecraft and its mechanics. I can also bring prior experience in staffing to the server.
  15. I can problem-solve different situations and work my hardest to solve said problem if there is one. I can also bring new ideas and experiences to the staff team to better help them enjoy their jobs and enhance everyone's experience on the server!

  21. Since september 21st on the new map I believe, and a little bit before the new map

  27. Even if I wasn't a staff member, if there's anything Venture or its people need, I'll help them as much as I can.

  29. What would you do, and why? Telling us why your solution is the best is very important, explain thoroughly and justify your values if necessary. If you see alternate solutions feel free to compare them to your proposed solution.
  30. A staff member talks to you about another staff member behind their back.
  31. I'd listen to them as much as I could, but if they have a serious problem with another staff member, I would urge them to talk to the other staff member.
  32. A staff member is trusted with some private information, later on this information has gotten leaked. You suspect the staff member.
  33. This depends on what the private information entails, I have two answers to this situation.
  34. 1. If the private information that was leaked was not incredibly serious and the staff member was proven to have leaked it, then I will ask them to not share anything of the sort again and urge that they get a lighter punishment if possible.

  36. 2. If the information that was leaked WAS serious or important, then I will try to find out if the staff member did in fact leak it. If they were the one who did, then I would have to report it immediately to a higher up.
  37. You're a staff member and a player accuses you of abusing.
  38. If a player accused me of abusing, then I would show any and all evidence that proves I did not abuse. I would not only show this evidence to staff, but also to the player, as I believe they have as much right to the evidence as staff does.
  39. Only the involved player or players would be allowed to see the evidence though.
  40. A player tells you they have evidence of another player cheating.
  41. I would review the evidence given to me and if I believe the evidence is concrete proof, the cheating player would be punished. I would not be afraid to consult a fellow staff member if the situation is a bit confusing. I would also get the "cheating" player's side of the story too.
  42. Multiple players are messaging you explaining a situation (Whispers), they're all saying different things.
  43. I would compile all of the explanations and only make a decision if there is definite proof of said situation. I would attempt to talk to all of the players in a private chat at the same time if I needed to. If I did this then I would probably want another fellow staff member to be present if they were on.
  44. You disagree with another staff members methods/decisions, the staff member is ranked higher than you.
  45. As long as their methods aren't extreme, then there would be nothing I could do. I might voice concerns privately to them if their methods/decisions were extreme. At the end of the day, their methods and decisions are their own, everyone has their own ways of staffing.
  46. Player 1 trusted Player 2 (GriefPrevention), Player 2 steals from Player 1.
  47. I believe this would fall under the scamming or stealing rules. I would return the player's items.
  48. You ban a player for 1 week, later you review the evidence and realize the player was innocent. The ban will expire in 1 day.
  49. I would deeply apologize to the player and unban them immediately! If there would be anything I could do to make it up to them, I would.

  51. If I was the one who falsely banned the player, I would feel terrible about myself.
  52. You think a player is breaking the rules but you're not sure what rule they're breaking. You realize you'd seem underqualified if you ask another staff member.
  53. I would look into the rules myself and determine if they were breaking them. If they were, they would be punished. Even if I would look underqualified asking another staff member for help, then I would anyways. I believe that even if I would look underqualified, there's nothing to be ashamed of if you're asking for help.
