Unless you guys change your approach to raiding in this guild, don't expect anything else from me than the bare minimum. If people are going to get offended by every single fucking thing when you get called out and say bullshit excuse every single time like my Ice Block didn't work, I used a defensive and so on then mythic raiding is not for you. Don't expect from me to make research when you aren't and then when mistakes are pointed out you all go into full defensive mode and try to blame anyone/anything else but yourself. We are raiding 2 days, if we want to compete with top guilds on Silvermoon that means we have to kill bosses in less amount of pulls than they do. Having 55 pulls on Zek'Voz and then 17 on rekill is not going to achieve that.

If you all are experts, be my guest and take the raid leading role, the offer from 3 weeks ago still stands, why is no one willing to take it up? Instead you're all just bitching and I hear stuff in raids like Method did it this way or Fatboss said to do that instead. Yeah, they did. They had different and optimized teamcomp without 7 melee. For me it's not been worth the effort at all lately.

I don't know what to tell you. When rc lootcouncil doesnt show up and i say about it, you then ask why did i not do something on lootcouncil. When i get a bug not letting me cast a single thing, any of the fight mechanics not affecting me for full 2 minutes,  you don't believe me even when i have screenshots. When i receive 0 healing for the whole phase you whisper me that ur gonna bench me if i dont stop dying. When iceblock bugs out in 5 pulls out of 20 where it doesn't work and i do not have a cancel aura, you don't believe me.
When the whole raid is dying because of a bug, it's somehow our fault.
BUT when someone has a bug where they die on lift for 20 pulls its fine. When people afk on trash its fine. When people ninjapull the boss for the 100th time its a funny meme. When people fail the worlds easiest mechanic on ghun for 3 days straight its fine. When people are late as fuck or afk because they alt tab out of the game when were supposed to be pulling, its no big deal. When a healer is sperging around or someone spreads dots to 5 people, it aint a thing. When someone who is a fucking officer now livestreams himself causing me to die on mother just sits there quietly when im being yelled at for dying to 100% damage taken from unavoidable damage, its O
