Please note: They will not allow any dogs or other animals into the race circuit.
Our location at the venue, is on the area called (Tarmac Lake). The best entrance into the race circuit is via the paddock entrance, as the main entrance will be closed.
As you come up the hill from the Paddock Entrance, you will see security gate 21, in front of you, just before the security hut, turn left towards Launch Pad. We are located on Tarmac Lake.
Parking is behind the bus, and drivers only will need to attend to the bus for sign on.
Drivers Briefing inside the Bus is normally for Drivers Only. Due to space, once we have finished drivers briefing we do allow your visitors the chance to hide away out of the cold.
Things to remember on the day:
You will require your photo card section of your driving license, or the old paper driving license, if you do not bring your license, you will need to bring £39.50 to drive on the day.  Note – A photocopy is not accepted.
You will require your arms and legs covered, NO Skirts, Shorts or T shirts. You will not be allowed into the cars without them.
There is an optional Crash Damage Waiver this is a one of cost of £10 at Sign on – If you wish to be eliminated from any costs if you have an accident while in control of one of the L2D vehicles.
If the day is suspected to be bad weather, bring suitable clothing to protect you from the elements. Our venues bus will be crowded on busy days.
Copy of your voucher – (NOT THE L2D booking confirmation) Your voucher is the original document which you purchased from the voucher company, if you purchased your voucher directly from the Learn2drift website you will not require a copy of your voucher.
Passenger rides can be purchased on the day for visitors whom might not be driving, we can take children on a slowed down version of the adult passenger ride, however arms and legs must be covered, if the child uses a child seat in the car on the road, they will have to use the same seat in the academy car on track. 3 laps = £10 or 6 laps = £15 on the day. Children's passenger rides are at the end of the session only.
We do have on our site photographer on our days, photos can be purchased for £20 at the end of drivers briefing, photo packs will be sent via drop box to your email within 3-4 working days from your event.
 Note: Trackdays & Redletter days vouchers are the small red and white plastic card, or E vouchers. You will require these on the day.
Sign On –
Your session time will be on your booking confirmation email which would have been sent to your email address, when your booking was made.
On the right hand side half way down the confirmation email, it will confirm the session your booked for…
Our onsite mobile 07972 276242 is always busy prior to a session start, if you wish to contact us to confirm your running late, please simply drop us a text message, with your name and expected time of arrivals.
AM Session – Experience & 1-2-1 & Full Day 1-2-1 sessions
Sign on starts at 8.05am through to 8.30am. Drivers Briefing starts at 8.30am If you miss drivers briefing you might not be allowed to drive on the day.
AM PASSENGER RIDE SIGN ON 11.45am
PM session – Experience & PM 1-2-1 sessions.
Sign on starts at 12.05pm through to 12.30pm. Drivers Briefing starts at 12.30am – If you miss drivers briefing you might not be allowed to drive on the day.
PM PASSENGER RIDE SIGN ON 15:45pm

NOTE: If you are running late, please don’t race on the public highways which might put yourself at risk, if you’re doing our experience session we can add you onto the end of the list, we can do a late arrival shortened Briefing once the cars are running, however please drop us a quick text message to confirm you are still attending.
Vouchers which are booked for sessions on the day, unless cancelled or amended 7 days prior to the event, will be locked into that session and used to cover the space. You will require a new voucher if you wish to return to L2D.
