- Description: After being fired from his job and his girlfriend kicking him out of the house, Miller decided to find a white woman to stalk. After failing to catch another woman he had been stalking that morning, he came across Beverly filling up her car at a gas station. After she left the gas station, he followed her. She called her grandmother to report what was happening before he rammed her car off the road and into a ditch. He then forced her to get into his vehicle, where he raped her several times, before beating her to death with a baseball bat. He was given a plea deal due to law enforcement incompetence.
