Carl Jefferson is a 6'2 African american teenager who was born at All Saint's General Hospital in Market, San Andreas. Carl Jefferson also known as CJ grew up in a small region of the capital called Idlewood just off Jefferson, His father was a mechanic and his mother was unemployed. He watched his father struggle to pay the bills while making an honest living, His mother also struggled financially as she never had a stable source of income. As CJ got older he began to realise he couldn't rely off his parents for everything and tried being independent, He struggled to find himself a role working for a company so he began petty crimes like Purse Snatching and House Invasions every now and then. As time went by he began getting involved into deeper acts of crime and it all went downhill when his mother was cleaning on a Sunday morning and found a loaded handgun in his chester draw. She began to curse him and refused to have him live with her so she kicked him out leaving him with minimal options, CJ then got in contact with an older cousin of his and asked if he could possibly stay with them. Luckily for him they had a whole spare room only problem is they live in Red County, CJ realised he didn't have much and if he didn't go he would struggle to find a warm place to sleep at night. So CJ packed all his belongings and took a trip to Red County where he met his cousins and some more family members, As he'd be living in a new city he tried looking for work but hasn't had any luck yet so he's been a little kicked back.

His first week in Red County he decided to go to one of their small towns known as Palomino, while he was there a group of males asked if he wanted to buy some coke. CJ said he's not a customer and kept walking the group must of not appreciated the response as in-addition he was tackled from behind and jumped by at least four of them. They also attempted to take his wallet but one of the males out of the group stopped the situation from escalating. They left CJ with a badly bruised chest spitting out blood in the middle of the street in broad daylight, Luckily a group of two people were driving by and were able to help him onto the Curb after calling EMS. A police cruiser ended up turning up instead of an ambulance as CJ was assisted into the back before being driven to hospital, The officer questioned what happened but TJ refused to speak and continued to reply with "I can't say". For the whole journey to the hospital CJ is just having flashbacks of the situation what happened prior and marked the faces of some of the attackers, In his head he just wants to retaliate but he's pretty much a nobody, No guns, No vehicles and no proper source of income, Let's see what he'll be able to make out of this devastating situation. After arriving at the hospital he get medical attention almost instantly and was treated right away, Once he felt a bit better and stopped spitting out blood he was released from the hospital, Let's see what he'll do from here..
