I applied for the withdrawal, confirmed it via email, and waited for a staff member to verify the withdrawal. Unfortunately, now that I check, it says that my withdrawal has been 'discarded'. Furthermore, I got an email asking me to confirm my ID. This was extremely disappointing and is in direct violation of the promise made by the website. Allow me to quote from the Bitcoin FAQ:

  8. One of the major reasons why I decided to use King Billy for my online betting is because of this factor of anonymity. I am a very private person who takes his online security very seriously.
