  10. Bound Auroran Staff
  11. -Pretty self-explanatory. It's a staff made of a shimmering metal. Functionally speaking, we'll say it performs just like a normal restoration staff. Steals the life from the living, and uses it to heal the user and such. Short range of about 15 meters, and takes several minutes to drain larger beings. Should still suffice against weaker foes, ranging from 10 or so seconds, to a minute, providing ample time for escape.
  12. Surprisingly heavy, impossible to pick up, much less wield, for anyone who isn't the owner. It doubles as a pretty effective polearm, featuring a pointy bottom, and small axehead. It proves somwewhat capable of penetrating conventional armor.

  14. Bound Axe
  15. -An axe that is casted, being in the Auroran style, coming in both one-hand and two-hand styles. It can pierce pretty much any armor when activated for 15 seconds, with a 30 second cooldown. Being made of magicka, it's, as you could figure, imbued with the same properties as the staff.

  17. Bound Auroran Dagger
  18. -13 inch dagger in the Auroran style, same shit as axe, but a dagger. Cool. Penetration values are lower however, being comparable to an m-11 knife.

  20. Auroran Robing (Enchanted With Physical Resistance)
  21. -Full coverage plated robing covered in a shimmering metal. Protects against melee attacks and bullet penetration. Does not stop the concussive forces, merely keeps the armor from being penetrated. He will die from being jiggled in the armor, before it is destroyed. (14.5 caliber and over is when it starts actually hurting. Two in a row would be fatal, and one would definitely put him out of commission, to clear this up. However, just throw grenades instead, that'll probably be more effective.)

  23. 15x Draught of Restoration
  24. -Big Dick healing potion. Upon consumption, it instantly heals most fatal wounds, provided the person is still living. Also cleanses disease.

  30. Radiant Flare
  31. -Essentially a cancer cannon. User is able to emit a constant, invisible beam of gamma-ray light. This can penetrate about 4 inches of conventional steel armor, and heavily burns what lays inside, while also injuring those nearby, due to exposure. 2 second chargeup, can be used for up to 9 seconds with a 15 second recharge, but outside of weaker biological enemies, who'd be incinerated instantly, it would be fair to expect the target to receive heavy burns even through their protection. Pretty much an invisible, ultra-deadly laser pointer. Doesn't track automatically.

  34. -Detailed at bottom of application.

  36. Radiant Ward
  37. -Surround the user with rays of invisible light, forming a ward for 15 seconds, that grows with strength the more it's abused. 1 minute cooldown. Something like two slowly fired 14.5 rounds would knock this out, but not fully automatic. Attempting to breach the ward will result in extreme burns, and likely death due to exposure, if not incineration.

  40. -A more passive ability, under the illusion magic category, allowing the caster to do a number of things. He can change the color of objects at a whim (up to admin discretion), pretty much temporarily blind people (flashes of light or darkening), cast rainbows for some reason?, and other such vision related abilities.

  42. Tonal Manipulation
  43. -Since Aurorans are able to control most types of energy at least a little bit, it'd make sense that tonal manipulation is used. He can change the frequency of stuff like music.

  45. Restoring Focus
  46. -Cast a 4m radius rune, that heals whoever is inside said area, granting them a moderately heavy ward, taking 20 or so 7.62x39 rounds, and quickly healing wounds. (Defense | Area)

  48. Daedric Prayer
  49. -Twice a day, call upon his Prince, Jyggalag, to aid him. Aid comes in any sort of form, up to admin discretion, as requests vary. Maybe reinforcing a door, summoning a Symphony of Blades, etcetera.

  51. Invisibility
  52. -Being specialized in the 'invisible' wavelengths of light, he can do just that, turning invisible for extended periods. Granted, the temperature change, and the HUGE signature for all sorts of energy, allow detection for most modern adversaries.

  54. Eternal Energy (Passive)
  55. -Due to the fact that he's now a being of pure energy, his magicks and aura can't be ordinarily suppressed by technology. This is mostly to assure that people with anti-magic devices can't just yeet the character out of existence, considering he's a physical manifestation of magic and light now. Simply put, he could in a way be considered an infinite source of energy, however, the type of such can't really be harnessed.

  58. -This is a fancy spell for teleportation, because he doesn't have any other form of transport, and being pretty much completely composed of light, there'd not be much stopping him from doing this. This can't be used in combat.

  61. -Explosives will be a very bad time for him. A hand grenade is probably more effective than anything else.

  66. -Conjure a globe of Daedric energy around the user for 10 seconds. 15 7.62x39 rounds to disrupt. Can be re-casted, after a 2 second period.

  69. -Surge forward once, near instantaneously. Can have path blocked, once every 2 minutes.

  72. -Out of combat, the Mage can return to a localized 'Pocket Dimension', of about 45x45 metres in dimensions. The area takes form as a high-walled courtyard, and contains a small cabin. It's a house.

  76. -Conjure items like Soul Gems, food, torches, and even a nice wooden chair.

  89. -Reaction time could be considered to be, quite literally, light-speed, but for balance let's ignore science and put it back to somewhere in the middle. Probably in the 40 millisecond range, so that as stated, it's not impossible to get a hit in for someone during CQC.

  104. -Full coverage armor made up of glistening metal plating. Protects against melee attacks and bullet penetration. It carries the same enchantments as the caster's robing, but to a lesser degree. Sustained fire in the form of 7.62x39 is able to penetrate the plating after about 9 rounds to the chest.

  107. -An axe that is casted, being in the Auroran style, coming in both one-hand and two-hand styles. It can pierce pretty much any armor when activated for 10 seconds, with a 90 second cooldown.

  110. -Ye olde .50 BMG arrows. Gives a bit of ranged ability to the group. Arrows aren't actually arrows, but rather small bolts of light that travel at about the speed of a high velocity .50. Good against vehicles and people in armor. In soft targets, it causes tiny cauterized holes.

  113. -Auroran shield that is able to be brought up, capable of stopping melee attacks, and lower caliber projectiles.
