  6. The Social Media and Digital Communications (SMDC) group within Marketing is accountable for the TD Intranet strategy and for collaborating with all TD businesses to leverage social media and digital communications internally and externally to build a competitive advantage.

  8. Part of the Social Media and Digital Communications team’s mandate is to define and execute against business strategies related to information architecture, content management, social media and analytics for the TD Intranet.

  10. Job Description/Accountabilities:

The Intranet Publisher reports directly to the Publishing Production & Site Maintenance Manager and is responsible for publishing content on various employee facing Corporate and TDCT Intranet sites. The goal of the team is to provide high levels of service and technical support to content providers and end users by leveraging the centralized publishing and production process and enhancing operational efficiencies.

  14. The Intranet Publisher will also partner with team members, communication professionals, product & process experts, project teams, and other stake holders throughout TDBFG to publish clear, accurate, and concise information that supports the requirements of our various audiences.

  16. Publishing Production & Site Maintenance:

  18. Provide high levels of service, technical support and creative design direction by adhering to established standards and best practices
  19.  
  20. Process high volumes of error-free communications and website change requests (additions / deletions / updates)
  21.  
  22. Design and build web content, including the development of articles, index pages, job aids, procedures, reference pages, graphics, etc.

  24. Provide guidance and make recommendations to stakeholders based on communication, web design and content management expertise and best practices
  25.  
  26. Work with content sponsors to validate and maintain existing web content. Action content reviews as required

  28. Manage project deliverables, ensuring that they are completed as defined by the broader project plan
  29.  
  30. Participate in the development, documentation, and ongoing improvement of key operational processes to increase efficiencies
  31.  
  32. Consolidate feedback and provide recommendations for enhancements
