BACKGROUND
Soo-jin has a twin brother, Soo-jeong, who was born deaf. Soo-jin's father abandoned their family shortly after the twins were born. Soo-jin's mother worked a lot so Soo-jin and her brother were left to care for themselves most of the time. As Soo-jin got older she found comfort in being intimate with guys. The guys she dated took her to nice places and made her feel like Cinderella, but Soo-jin wasn't looking for a relationship so she rarely kept them around for long. That all changed when she met Hwang Tae Kyung.
PAST:
Hwang Tae Kyung, the heir to a large advertising agency, approached Soo-jin when he saw her at a cafe. Soo-jin fell in love with Tae Kyung at first sight and they dated on and off for 2 years. Their relationship was dangerous. Tae Kyung was jealous of the all the attention Soo-jin received from other males so he tried to cut her off from her friends and family, he constantly remarked on Soo-jin's diet and appearance always trying to make her feel like she was less than him. Soo-jin's confidence began to falter and she felt her identity begin to slip away as she became timid and obedient to Tae Kyung. Soo-jin was ultimately saved from Tae Kyung's emotional and mental abuse when her brother finally discovered how Tae Kyung really treated his sister. During a huge argument, Soo-Jeong pleaded with Soo-jin to leave Tae Kyung for good. Soo-jin's broken heart healed and her confidence and fiery spirit returned.
