Reasoning: Tooba Jr. having challenged the Uchiwa Izumi after defeating Danae and partaking in damaging the pizza joint in the process, Tooba took out Oboe and challenged them to have them pay for the damages and had accepted a bet from them in order to fight. Yet even as he was in prime condition he was being overwhelmed by the exhausted opponent, having been put on the ropes by the overwhelming power of his foe the energy around Oboe began to change...a new feeling emerged within the Namekian Warrior.

Moment: Tooba Jr has been overwhelmed by the exhausted Izumi Uchiwa, they had been trading various blows. The Namekian determined that Oboe would cut down his foe and Izumi stating that it would fall short. However within this change of blows, the Namekian began to take some form of change as the energies from him and his blade began to take a slight change. His desire for power, power to overwhelm his foes had grown after facing many defeats time and time again. His desires to strike down his foe began to grow at an unstable rate. Tooba had changed, he was now determined to make his foe bleed.
