CMS Enhacement details

Background
In order to load documents into CMS, hard copies of contracts are required to be printed.
This is a time consuming task which can be eliminated if soft copies of documents are added directly.
This will improve productivity, reduce redundancy and minimise the paper cost as well.


Automated Document Load Enhancement
An additional facility is being provided to automatically load soft copy documents into CMS by emailing them as an attachment to a specified email address.
This is to reduce  the need to print hard copies of contracts in order to load documents into CMS whenever soft copies are available.
This automatically reduces 40% manual work of every users and improves the documents placing into the CMS.
