Believe it or not, I have a few other tasks to handle this afternoon than to chase down your check (which by contract was supposed to be a wire transfer), so it took a couple of hours to figure out the maze you created by hand delivering a check to the wrong address after hours on a Friday. I have discovered that we did get a check that was 33 cents short for sponsorship and that you owe 16,000+ dollars for your suite. You are not current on that account.

To keep from wasting more time in the future, (you have called or emailed at least 9 Spirit employees on this matter in the past two hours), please use the required wire transfer method, or, please send your checks directly to me at 101 Marietta Street, Suite 1900, Atlanta, Ga. 30303.

Subject: The Check


Mr. Wilkinson,

When I left you a message today I said that I left the check at the front desk at the Phillips Arena and a description of the person who I left it with.  I then spoke to Kellie Goins and told her the same thing. I was then told they will investigate it.

This after noon around 2:53 pm Mr. Wilkinson said he spoke to accounting and the front desk and know one had seen the check. I then called the front desk and spoke to the receptionist and she stated that "no one has called me about the check.  Let me put you on hold while I look for the check." She then came back on the line and said she could not find it.  She then transfered me to accounting to speak with Brandonlyn (pretty name by the way) Mcmullen. Ms. Mcmullen stated that they had received the check in on Monday. She also stated that she had not spoken to Mr. Wilkinson, but will send a email stating that she had received the payment on Monday.  She also stated that I had a credit on the payment for my suite.

On Friday October 30, 2009 my assistant Katrina Henry called and ask Lauren Fisher for wire instructions. She then transfered the call to Stephanie Stevens. Ms. Stevens said that she would email myself as well as Katrina Henry.  We never received the email.  I then called Ms. Stevens two more times to get the wire instructions. I never heard anything from Ms. Steven's.  It was not until today that I found out that Ms. Steven's works in Marketing and Group and she would not have that information to email me.


Mr. Wilkinson I am waiting on what you said you would do :-)
