  8. tried to ssh to it twice and it hung on me both times.
  9. then i logged into the control panel and it claims it's offline
  10. so i tried booting...
  11. after about 5 minutes it claims it's up now but with 2 minutes uptime...

  27. We had a problem with the node Xen update. Your VPS should be up and running fine now. We also sent out a global email to all clients about this issue.

  225. We have figured out the issue as to why servers are down on Chicago 13. The only way to fix this issue is to migrate everyone off to a new server, reload the old server, and then migrate you back. The new kernal update that was installed is causing issues with the raid rebuilding.

  227. For the downtime, and inconvenience we are giving everyone on this node a one month credit. You are on this node, so if you go into your billing panel you will see that the one month credit has already been applied to your next billing date.
