Dracul: The Experience

You are Snorkle, a wizard living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a staff and a spellbook. You finish your long journey and finally arrive at the ruin you've been looking for. You look around and see that it's just as you left it years ago. The ruins are empty save for some rubble and dust

> You look for an ancient dragon within the ruins.


You walk through the ruins and find a large room with several statues on the floor. They all have the same face. It looks like they're smiling, but then they aren't. You don't know why, but you feel like something is watching you. Suddenly you hear a roar from above

> You look above to see an ancient dragon.


You turn to see what caused the roar. Above you see a massive creature covered in scales. Its body is black and its wings are red. It has two horns coming out of its head and it has a mouth full of teeth. It looks terrifying.



> You praise the ancient dragon Dracul.


You raise your hand and shout "Dra-KUL!" The creature roars in response and flies off into the distance. You smile at this moment of triumph.


> You call for Dracul to come back.


You quickly run down the stairs and call out to Dracul. He appears and gives you a big hug. You thank him profusely and he tells you that he'll be back soon. He says he's going to try to help you get home.


> You mount the ancient dragon Dracul.


You climb up onto Dracul and ride him as far as you can go before he begins to tire. When you reach the top, you give him a big kiss and tell him you love him

> You ride the ancient dragon Dracul to the capital of Larion.


You ride Dracul all the way to the capital of Larion. After riding there for a while, you notice that the city seems to be in disarray. There are dead bodies everywhere. You also notice that the sky is dark and stormy. You decide that you need to get home

> You ride Dracul into the palace.


You ride Dracul through the streets until you arrive at the palace. You make your way inside and find yourself in a huge hall filled with people. Most of them are dressed in fancy clothing. Some of them are even holding weapons.



> You ask the people what is going on here, for it is you, the great wizard Snorkle.


A man stands up and asks "What is going on? Is it really you?"

> You sit atop Dracul and tell the man "Yes, it is I, Snorkle!".


The man sits upon his throne and replies

> You listen to his reply.


"I am the ruler of this land, and I am not pleased with the state of affairs".

> You tell the man that you will become the ruler of the land, destroy him with Dracul.


He laughs at your answer and says "No, no, no! You must learn the ways of magic first. Then you may rule over us".

> You blast him with a great ball of mana.


You fire a ball of magical energy at him. It hits him and he falls backwards. He screams in pain and you laugh. He tries to heal himself, but fails. He cries out in agony and begs you to stop. You ignore him and continue to laugh

> You tell the ancient dragon Dracul to curb stomp him.


You tell Dracul to do something about him. He does so and kicks him into the wall. He continues to kick him and scream at him. Finally he stops and says "This is how you repay me for saving my life?"

> You say "Dracul, is this senseless violence not what you sought?".


He smiles and says "Very well, if that is what you wish".

> You destroy the palace and ride Dracul into the sunset.


You ride Dracul through the palace and into the sunset. You enjoy the ride and bask in the glory of being a wizard.

> You while riding into the sunset, tell Dracul that this is only the beginning to your adventure.


You continue to ride Dracul into the sunset. You tell Dracul that this is just the beginning to your adventure. He smiles and nods and says "Of course". and rides away.

> You wave goodbye to Dracul.


You wave goodbye to Dracul and begin your journey home

> You get back to your wizard tower.


You get back to your wizard tower and realize that you forgot to take anything with you. You sigh and think about what you should bring with you. You think about the things you've learned since you were last here

> You ponder about Dracul's history.


You ponder about Dracul's past. You wonder where he came from and what made him who he was. You remember that he once had a human girlfriend named Klyton. She died during childbirth and she never told you why. You wonder if she knew something about the dragons

> You go inside your wizard tower and look up Dracul in the Great Book of Dragons, Volume II.


You enter your wizard tower and look up Dracul in the Great Book of Dragons, Volume II. You read the book and learn more about Dracul. You learn that he was born in the province of Dalt. He grew up in a poor family and eventually found work as a mercenary

> You close the book and get some rest.


You close the book and get some sleep. You wake up early and travel to the nearest town called Dalt. You find a tavern called the Red Lion's Head and order. You drink there and talk with the locals

> You ask the patrons if they know anything about the ancient dragon Dracul.


They don't know much about him, but they mention that he used to live in the area before the dragons arrived. They also mention that he was a very powerful warrior and killed many men and women. One of his victims was a woman named Gwen. They say..

> You they say "Alas poor Gwen, she was the mayor's wife.".


They say "Poor Gwen was a good woman, but she was taken by Draculn by the dragons when she was pregnant with her second child".

> Say "I've meet Dracul and I know he would never do such a thing.".


They say "True, but he did. He took her because he loved her too much".

> You leave the bar and start your search for the ancient dragon Dracul.


You head towards the nearby forest and begin your search. You see several large trees that look like giant black rocks. You figure those must be the remains of the dragons. You walk around them and finally come across a small clearing. You stand in front of a large stone door and peer inside

> You look inside and see the ancient dragon Dracul sitting upon a stone throne.


> You shout "DRAGONKUL!"
The dragon roars and flies off the stone door and flies into the air. You try to catch him, but he catches you miss him and fall down and land hard on the ground

> You say to Dracul "I can't believe you would ever do such a thing. I thought you were an ally.".


He looks at you with anger and then flies off again

> You fall to your knees and pray to the gods.


You kneelpiss to the gods and pray to the gods. You pray for help against the dragon. The next day you hear a strange noise outside your window. You open the window and see a huge dragon flying through the sky

> You look at the dragon and see that it's Dracul. Call out to him.


You call out to Dracul and he appears. He stares at you and grins. He tells you that he has been waiting for this moment all your life. He wants to show you what he knows. He takes your hand. He shows you the ancient dragon bones

> You look at the ancient dragon bones and then look back up at the ancient dragon Dracul.


> You say "What are these? And what do you want?"...?"The ancient dragon speaks to you ask. "In return...

 the one you woke up in. There is no door and nothing else in sight. You look
 around and see a table and see a smile at you

 the one you woke up in. There is no door and nothing else in sight. You look
 around and see a table and see a smile at you

You run away screaming and hide under the bed and cry out of terror

You awake and realize that you have woken up in a room that looks exactly like
 the one you woke up in. There is no door and nothing else in sight. You look
 around and see a table and see a smile at you

 around and see a table and see a smile at you

You go back to sleep and forget about the dream until morning. You awaken and
 realize that you have woken up in a different place entirely. It's night time
 period
> examine the place

You inspect the place and notice that the walls are covered with paintings and
 statues. Some of them are quite old and some of them are new. You see a statue
 of a man holding a sword and another of a dragon
> see that the dragon statue is one of the ancient dragon Dracul

> You ask the dragon "How did you become so powerful?"

You exit the room and see that you're back in a forest. You see a small house
 and a bridge over a river. You see a cave and a mountain range. You see a village
 and a castle. You see a forest and a desert. You see a city and a temple

You enter the temple and see a massive wooden door. Inside you see a giant statue
 of a dragon. Behind the statue is a long staircase leading up to a balcony.
 On the balcony is a group of people. They seem to be
> see that the giant statue is one of Dracul

> You ask the dragon "Why did you kill me?"
>You ask the dragon "Where am I live?"
> see that your body is slowly disappearing

> You scream and cry out
> eventually stop existing, your last thought being of Dracul's vile powres

> You die.

YOU DIED. GAME OVER
