First:

Left Down Down Right

Then hold down until you reach the bottom of the screen, then go to the bottom right of the screen, then Up Up Up.

You should be three steps above the bottom right of the screen, having mined out the grass under the two bottom right cells.

Mine out the grass in between the two cells, then go Up to let the rocks fall free.

The rock in the bottom right is on top of a pyramid and can be pushed aside to get the first heart.

Now you need to slowly collect the hearts on the right half of the screen. Go to the right edge of the screen and go Up Up until the lower rightmost box starts to leak rocks. You can now collect the heart. Do the same for the box above.

Carefully collect the other two hearts on this side of the screen, mining out the grass underneath if you start to run out of space. There's no reason to let the rocks all fall down though.

When you have collected all the hearts on the right side of the screen, move the dwarf under the exit door.

Now run down, left, up until you are level with the exit door standing on the left side of the screen. You have mined out the grass under the bottom left rocks. Now dig out the small cells of grass between these boxes. The rocks should fall such that they form two pyramids that you can push aside to get the lower leftmost hearts. Now you can repeat the process of draining the floating boxes on the left side to collect the remaining hearts, being careful to not block your route to the exit door.
