Tell us about yourself:

Well, my name is Joseph and I am 16 years old. I have had an interest in the Police Department ever since I first joined PD back in late 2016 (December 2016) and especially when the PD white list first came out. I have always had the goal of wanting to get high up in the Police Department and to do the best I can in any way I could whether it was holding administrative roles and helping out with the background side of the PD like applications for officers (when it was a thing), RTO applications and even IA Complaints.
I have an interest in gaming and ever since I found the server, I have always had an interest in role-play servers and gaining some kind of achievement when playing the role-play servers and for this server, it would be climbing ranks in the PD.

I am usually playing games whenever I have time and recently have finished my GCSEs which will allow me to be a lot more active than I was for the last couple of months. I enjoy watching movies a lot usually Marvel or DC Movies and have a few TV series what I enjoy watching at the moment.

Pretty much, I am a hard-working, respectful person who enjoys playing games and watching movies.

What previous experience have you had which may help you with this role:
I believe my prior experience being a Section Supervisor AND Deputy Section Supervisor would some what help me within this role due to myself being the lead of a section of officers and helping them with anything like questions or requests.
Being a Staff Sergeant prior, I believe this has given me some kind of experience of being a high rank due to it being one rank below Lieutenant where I was usually the highest rank on duty leading the officers during ongoing situations.
I also believe my current and prior roles of administrative divisions will some what benefit me with this role due to myself having an insight of the kind of administration side of the PD such as applications, training and recruitment.
Holding the role of RTT has given me some experience of the training sessions what happen and how they are conducted for the officers applying for the RTU division.

What do you believe makes a good command member?:
Some traits and or qualities what I believe makes a good command members would be a person who is a dedicated, hard-working, confident and leader type person. They should have the ability to lead a situation and or task, being able to control a situation and keep is calm. Being hard-working, making sure they are keeping up to date with all the work they have to do, putting in a ton of effort into their tasks.
Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate well between others and without stuttering.
Good command members should also have the ability to organise their self well and make sure they know what they are doing at all times.
