  1. For qemu-kvm:
  2. sudo apt-get install virt-manager virt-viewer python-spice-client-gtk qemu-system

  4. This should add you to the correct groups, but you should log out or reboot to active the groups for you.

  6. Use the e1000 NIC emulation instead of virtio, for fewer problems.
