- 1kg ground beef
- 1.5L (48oz) tomatoes, passerade (48oz tomato sauce, imperial)
- 400g (12oz) crushed tomatoes (12oz, imperial)
- 50mL basil (3.5tbsp, imperial)
- 30mL oregano (2tbsp, imperial)
- 30mL garlic salt (2tbsp, imperial)
- 20mL black pepper (1.5tbsp, imperial)
- 2 medium-sized white onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1. Brown ground beef.
- 2. Drain grease from ground beef.
- 3. Combine ground beef, spices and onion/garlic in large 4L (16 cup) pot.
- 4. Simmer until warm.
