Appearance: Ambrul stands at a height of 5'3". She has short dark brown hair, green eyes, and pale skin. Such a colouration marks her as a mix of Westerner and Northerner. She wears a sleeveless red tunic-like robe that is quite form fitting and goes down to her mid thighs. She then has red sleevelets with a white trim. She then wears black pants paired with black and red thigh high boots. On her head, she sports her signature red witch hat, which has a thick leather belt around it and a bent top. The buckle of the belt is gold, fitting the rest of the belts she wears around her waist. To keep her figure up, she wears a courset, which she wears over her tunic, and such is black and red in colour. Her staff looks gnarled, curled, and has a small lantern on the end of it, which has given Ambrul the nickname 'the candle mage'. She is not fond of this nickname.

Personality: Ambrul is prideful, sassy, and intelligent. She's well known for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person, and often can come across as a complete bitch to even her closest friends.

Background: The Tindall family is a family of Hedge Mages that keep to themselves in the far north in the Tindall Hamlet. The family has heavy ties to both the north and the west, more so the west as that's where the Tindall family originated, then moved to the North to hide away in seclusion. They're not evil, they just prefer to keep to themselves while delving into some of the more forbidden styles of magic. The hamlet currently contains eight houses, each containing a member of the Tindall family and a child to carry on the torch of his or her parents. Ambrul's parents are Ulrion Tindall and Froval Tindall. Ulrion focused heavily in evocation and pyromancy while Froval focused heavily on shadow magic.

With Ulrion and Froval being Ambrul's parents, she grew to be a terrifying combination of prideful and headstrong from her father, and sassy and sarcastic from her mother. Ambrul trained under both of her parents, but found she lacked interest in her mother's preferred school of magic and mostly focused on learning pyromancy from her dad. As Ambrul grew older she began to fear she was disappointing her mother who over the years tried to push Ambrul harder and harder to at least develop a little bit into shadowmancy. While her parents were away to the capital to restock on supplies, Ambrul began scrounging around the house for anything that may catch her interest. There were a few spells, though they were outside of her reach such as Shadow Conjuration and Shadow Evocation, but the fact that these were more quasi real spells they didn't fully grasp her interest. It wasn't until she found a book on the Shadowfell that she started to get intrigued. She began learning about the beings that dwell within the Shadowfell, and figured, 'well if I can summon one of these, then surely she'll be impressed with me,' and so she went to her aunt's house to find some books on summoning. Her uncle handed her a book on summoning, and while this worried her cousin who was currently practicing summoning and wished to be the only one of this generation to do so, Ambrul didn't seem to care. She returned home and began studying the various symbols and types of circles within a summoning circle, learning about binding, trapping, and bargoning outsiders. After a few months of study, in the dead of night she worked on summoning an Eidolon from the Shadowfell.
