I see that you're in a bit of a dilemma here since you'd love to get the end of season rewards but also don't want to lose the spot on that Guild. Although note that near the end of each PvP Season we tend to post the annoucement and also state that we recommend waiting for the rewards to arrive and not just at the season end.

In the past we couldn't always assist with these rewards since it can get hard to check for eligibility on our end so I'd personally recommend waiting for them.
I understand this is a very important spot on that Guild although, now you've got to think on what's more important, if the possibility of losing the end of season rewards or the Guild spot, this would be up to you of course.
Note that we wouldn't be able to guarantee that we can help redirecting these rewards to the new Realm, it depends on the developers stand, how it is assigned, or even if we're able to verify eligibility for example.
