Also, when I asked that High Staff (L4) about if they check the posts, they said yes and they haven't understood why Medusa does something like that. that's mean, the records are valid, also staff team confirmed the records. plus, someone got kicked from CS, because I sent record to Pepo.

edit:When I explained to rands about what happened in PM, I told him that Kavzor got additional information and when I sent a message to him to unlock the topic, he said ''It's still theirs decision, not mine'', after this message I think he should unlock my topic, and he didn't unlock the topic. Rands told me Open an unfairness Case.
When I talked with rands today and I told him that kavzor said that this decision isn't mine and left it to the staff Rands said then why did he close it?. That means that I didn't waste time and the topic has to open.
