Ejay Tech Help

So I recently downloaded a music making program called Ejay Dance Reloaded 6. Whenever I open it, there is an intro bit that plays, but when I either wait for the intro or skip it, the "Arranger", as it is called, is a giant neon blue block. I have tried running it in admin mode, every compatibility mode that works with the software (XP, Vista, Win7), and I have tried running it in different resolutions. In the other compatibility modes, sometimes the arranger would show up as a black void of nothing, then crash when I click on it.
