  1. How to use a niche emails database of buyers
  2. To explain myself, I’m in a line of work where I get to build and handle French E-commerce websites for clients each week for years now. Each of those ecommerce websites have its own niche products that its selling.

  14. That been said, each of these stores have sold thousands of products and with those sales they collect the personal information of their clients (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc..), since we get constant access to those websites for updates, maintenances and migration till this day we get the privilege to export the database containing all the information of these clients in an excel file.
  15. Naturally, today I have collected and saved a lot of these up to date databases of clients that have made at least one purchase on a store.
  16. To give you a few examples, I have like a database of clients coming of an ecommerce store for cosmetic products, databases for another website for dog/cat food, another list of clients for a website nice of construction tools. And the list goes on…
  17. As for the number of clients on each database, that varies from 10k up to 100k.
  18. The database that I’m talking about here is made of specific people who have a specific and common passion for a certain niche!
  19. So my big question is the following: How can you advice me to use and benefit in the best way possible from these niche databases in the field of eCommerce ?
  20. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Thank you so much for reading all my thread, i appreciate your time :)
  21. Thank you in advance

  35. Thanks for the reply!
  36. However, just to clarify the company that had these databases went bankrupt, why should all this valuable data go to waste?
  37. Also, if you get the client with the right product they need they wouldn't mind or wonder how you got to contact them by email. So i'm hoping for a recommendation here.

  41. Since you said the list is with the people who have a specific and common passion for a certain niche, you just gotta find THAT right & popular product in that niche and send it to them.
  42. Hope you don't get any lawsuit for spamming them with their permission.

  49. Although its bad to use their list, you can use it for the following:
  50. 1. Clean the good emails from the bad ones.
  51. 2. Mail them affiliate products or a cpa offer related to the niche.
  52. 3. Make sure each of them reaches the inbox.
  53. 4. Test with different sites and funnel and see which one works.
  54. I had a similar client with the same kind of project. And we tried with affiliate site in 5th attempt and it worked. It was in iphone niche with 20k+ emails. He made a fortune with the list and he still mail the list frequently.
  55. I would say go for it. Test and see what works.

  60. Times have a changed a lot. I did it back in the 90s when a competitor went bust and I bought the office filing cabinets ( just to get the customer files ).
  61. Although you have bought the bankrupt company's assets, the people didn't opt in to receive emails from you. Whichever way you choose to do this, you need to use an offshore sending platform to minimise any legal backlash.
  62. However as you said here;
  63. "since we get constant access to those websites for updates, maintenances and migration till this day we get the privilege to export the database containing all the information of these clients in an excel file.
  64. Naturally, today I have collected and saved a lot of these up to date databases of clients that have made at least one purchase on a store."
  65. This sounds no different to hacking, this is data theft which is illegal. I would hate to think I was trusting you with my clients information, only for you to be stealing it.
  66. Thread closed as we don't promote illegal activities.
