Madam Speaker, Mr. Vice President, member of Congress, and fellow Americans:

I am here today to address to you my goals of my second term and for this server. In the last month and 7 days, we have accumulated a total of 427 members in this server. I would like to thank @don and the other server staff who have worked on hard on building this server and thank everyone who has participated in it. Since I have been president, we have been able to achieve a lot of things in a short matter of time. We have passed healthcare reform with a public option. We have passed 7 bills on climate to help prevent the crisis of climate change. We have also passed many reforms on criminal justice, the economy, and education. With all of this in mind, we still have more work to do.

My first goal is to continue on our progress on healthcare. With the newly created healthcare reform caucus, i challenge them to create a new healthcare reform bill. I would like to see more coverage and access under Medicare and lower the eligibilty to 55. I also think we need to add on the public option bill and make sure people are getting good coverage at an affordable price. In the last state of the union address, I said I would be open for compromises with the Republican aisle.

My second goal is to find ways to balance our budget. I announced today that I am looking for 2 CBO administrators. I will pick a republican and a democrat. They will analyze our currently passed legislation and give a fair estimate of where our current deficit is. Once we have this information, we can work on more reforms to lower the deficit.

My third goal is to improve education. We have not done much in this Congress on education. We still have a lot of inequality in the education system. I will be working on legislation with my Secretary of Economic Affairs on improving the education system we currently have.

My fourth and final goal is going to be to continue improving this server. This server has gone through a lot of growth and changes. We don't all agree on everything but I think we all want this server to improve. I will be working with the server staff on recruiting more people. We also need to improve on our discussions. A lot of time debates can get heated and then turn personal. Please remeber that everyone here is human and that we need to treat each other with respect. Whether someone is right wing, left wing, libertarian, or socialist. We all deserve respect and treat each other fairly. This is required or the server won't survive.
