Order: Mine cart, duck, kite
Mine cart for inventory space, doing duck last means you have to wait for the "cutscene" which is only skippable for the duck.

talk to G and pick stuff up
map or spyphone (-2) to mine shack
do stuff and put tracker in cart
map to plaza                                                         map to forest and pick up sticks then map to plaza
get gum and put on duck
map to dock
get pump and inflate duck
put duck on tracker, spyphone (1 or -1) to iceberg holding duck
put duck in water
map to forest                                                        ignore this
move spyphone, pick up sticks and put on paper                       and this
spyphone (5) to lodge attic
scroll left and pick up string
put string on paper+sticks, put kite on tracker
spyphone (1) to ski hill holding tracker
go to hq and talk to G
open spyphone, pick up camera, -2 to lodge
go to outback pond and watch herbert
