 - "The Cherish Life Rule" -
Cherish Life Rule is a special and powerful rule.
This is a rule that some people who are not entirely familiar with RP won’t fully understand it's full gravity.

The cherish life rule is the act of actually exhibiting care for your life, and the life of others.
Recklessly throwing yourself into the metaphorical pits of fire, for no reason. is a bannable offense.
you must consider the Life, of every other Person, Dinosaur, Alien, and creature.
Not doing so can be reported by anyone, and is a serious offense to the server rules.

When you take the life of a person you had better have a vengeance that can convince a god.
Because that shit doesn’t play here buster. Permanent Bans. this is not a PVP Playground.
---- TRIBE AND DINO RULES -------

When Spawning on the server you must Spawn in at South 3.  Make your way to the Command Base for drop survivor orientation. Every new survivor will begin their adventures on Helheim at the command base.
You must base your Characters RP off being a Drop survivor that was on Valhalla during the calamity.(edited)

Alliances Are Allowed.
TRIBES AND ALLIANCES ARE HEAVILY ENCOURAGED ON THE SERVER.
Working together to make colonies will be very benificial.
alliances count as a Single tribe.
(Dino limit is Tribe only. i.e. 2 tribes can have a max of 16 dinos, and so on)
Alliances Can be Broken when needed at any time for RP Reasons.
THEY CAN NOT BE BROKEN DURING CONFIRMED WAR
WAR MUST BE CONFIRMED BY BOTH TRIBE LEADERS
AND ANY LEADERS OF ALLIANCED TRIBES VIA ADMIN(edited)
PER PLAYER:
Allowed 5 dinosaurs.
Not including:
One Harvesting creature for class development tagged with {H}
and one shoulder pet tagged with {S}(edited)
leading to a maximum of 7 total Dinos.
A Breeding Admin will keep an eye on server breeders. Please tag breeding dinos with {B}

-- PERMA DEATH & NEW LIFE RULES---

- If you are actively in RP and Die by means of natual or environmentally caused death, you will be required to Perma-Death your character.
this means Dinosaurs killing you, starving to death or dying of dehydration, fall damage, drowning, and any natural form of death.

-- Cherish your life, Make smart decisions when adventuring. you could lose your life.
-- any and all PVP and war related death is perminent.
-- If you are killed during an OFFLINE RAID you DO NOT need to perma it is your choice,
and instead must RP being injured the morning after if you are killed. like and unsuccessful Assassination for example.
----UNDERWATER AND CAVE BUILDING IS ALLOWED AND HAS NO DURIBILITY LOSSES.----
- You can only make a total of 3 "Blockages" to a Cave.
Door and walls that block the entrance)
- You can only have one Cave Per Tribe. Even in alliances.
--------RAIDING--------

Offline Raiding IS ALLOWED. You must PROTECT YOUR BASE FROM RAIDERS AND DINOS. SORRY.
There are literally HUNDEREDS OF WAYS to protect your stuff offline. Sorry it's True.
However, If any of the admins witness or hear of eyewitness accounts, or tribe log data of a raid for NO REASON and using
game glitches or exploits to make it easier, all violators can be permanently banned after investigation.

- Raiding must involve RP valid Reasons. Admins will be directly assisting cases of "Random Raiding"
Take what you want, Leave. One entrance in, one entrance out. Multiple walls and doors can be broken but must
use caution and do minimal damage.
- Killing passive Dinos is strictly prohibited. even in a Raid.
Mistake passive kills can be reported and will be investigated.

- Only 3 storage related items (Boxes of storage of any kind) are allowed to be destructed during a raid.
- Your Tribe can raid once a week, Weekly Raiding is not really encouraged, save it for Valid RP reasons please.
- Extreme and abusive grief damage done will result in a permanent ban after investigation.
- Offline Raiding the Command Base will perminent ban.
- Civil War-
War is allowed between enemy Survivor outposts/bases.
Must be confirmed with Admins and both tribe leaders.
after war confirmation is completed.
all-out war can take place between these tribes until
a confirmed "Win" by forfeit of the other tribe.

WHEN A WAR HAS BEGUN. YOU CAN NOT RESPAWN WHEN KILLED. YOU ARE DEAD.
you must wait 30 minutes, or until the battle ends making a new character.
IF ALL OF YOUR TRIBE DIES, YOU AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT.
AND MUST NOTIFY AN ADMIN WHEN THIS HAPPENS.
(People that log in during a war are welcome to participate.
And YES, we WELCOME NOTIFYING OFFLINE MEMBERS. ONLY FOR WAR
there’s no point in having a War of 1 civilian man vs 13 mounted Space Soldiers.
--- Dead Dropping ---
Killing someone by Deliberately Picking them up with a Flyer of any Kind, Dropping them, and Killing them is a Bannable Offense.
HOWEVER, FLYING COMBAT IS ALLOWED. you are allowed to dismount Players on Land creatures. Use caution when doing this PLEASE.
(Yes, That means you can peck at your enemies bird lovers <3.)

Transporting enemy players in PVP via Flyer is ALLOWED. But dropping them to kill them is not allowed.
accidents can be reported and will be investigated. Please use EXTREME CAUTION when using a flyer in RP or PVP.

- Using the "Spin-to-Win" Pteranadon Attack in PVP is Prohibited. can be used in normal RP.
-----------NO META RULE----------
-Metagaming is any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset
uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game.
and referring to the game universe outside of the game itself. (there are exception. but please keep RP serious)

All information received, heard, told, thought, or obtained in any way outside of character
interaction in game CAN NOT be used in game or RP. WHATSOEVER
That means:
Twitch Streams & Chat
Private Messages
Twitter Posts
and any other OOC interactions.

It's really not that hard, even if you know something just don’t use it in character. Duh Dude!
Confirmed Meta gaming abuse can result in a Temporary or Permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.(edited)

Relationship Based RP, Is welcome. HOWEVER There have been cases of Relationship RP that start leading into complications and situations in Real Life that are not welcome. You are an adult, do what you will, RP as you please. But if any Real-Life Complications, Concerns, Threatening, Stalking, or issues of any kind arise between two or more people on this server.
Please contact the Admins, we'll investigate the situation.
Any threating OOC or abuse of in character RP contact arise, it will immediately be dealt with.

- No directly offensive or racist content of any kind - will be investigated with Permanent ban.
- No Rape or Aggressive abusive or Sexual RP of ANY KIND. Investigate with Permanent ban. (RP Romance is Okay. Live RP Sex is not)
- Any RP or Content that violates the Twitch Terms of Service, will also result in a permanent ban.
