If you could suggest one thing to change/improve in UHC, what would it be?:
-Add more scenarios, so that it is a little more varied each uhc and not the same scenarios of always.
-That at least this 1 senior in each uhc or 500x500.

Why you want to host UHCs? Give at least two reasons:
*Sometimes uhcs of sa are not hosted and maybe because the current hosts do not have time, it also happens a lot in NA, I could take those games and host them so that the users do not stay without uhc and hosting extra uhcs
*Provide help to the host and users in na, the hosts of na are insulted most of the time by Spanish speaking people and do not realize, to avoid the call of a translator I could help in  the uhcs.
Spanish-speaking users who play in na but do not know English, sometimes need help, but because you do not know English they can not communicate with the host, but if I am in uhc I could provide help to those users

Why would you be a good host? Explain your strengths and what you can bring to the team:
-I am characterized for being a very efficient person in different aspects, either learning very quickly what is necessary and making very little mistakes and if I do, I learn from my mistake.
-I am a very patient person, organized by what I do and very friendly with the users. I also do not like to ignore the questions of the users, since no question is silly.
-It could give a great advantage to the staff thanks to my experiences in other networks / servers and give a better performance inside and outside the staff.
-I like to work hard so that the objectives are fulfilled in the best way to avoid problems in the future
