     [7.1] As of SCP:SL v13.2, <color=#008F1E>CI</color> and <color=#EC2121>SCP</color> players are no longer
              allowed to cooperate with each other.
[8.] <color=#990000>Listen to our active staff, our staff have the final say in-game
       regarding rulings.</color>
     [8.1]  Do not abuse the in-game report system. <i>We actually see this stuff in staff channels.</i>
