At 11:02am I was radioed asking to come to a active scene, Sergeant Windbreaker was on a call about a Female and Male teens arguing up-on arriving to the scene the two teens had fled, Sergeant Windbreaker had taken a description of the two teens and stopped a female matching the description and spoke with the girl, Sergeant Windbreaker thought she may need to speak to a Female officer due to her nerves, up-on arriving I could see that the girl was indeed nervous even with myself there I could clearly see that our presence at the scene was troubling the female and that she was scared of something or someone seen as she was looking around as if trying to find someone after a while of trying we finally got her name as a Kathrin Garusia (BlackDarkEvil Resident) address of 51 Eclipse Street

It's unclear at this time weather the female is a suspect or a victim and a bolo on the male remains in effect, the male was reported to have a knife
