--- ACTION_1 (Phase 2) - Chromia, Chromian Democracy ---

*ACTION_0.1* - Creation of City named Chromulus, in the southeast region in South Chromia, and upgrading of all cities (including Chromulus). Also begin national construction of a temple dedicated to FUCK CUBE, our god. Experts say construction will be completed by Phase 3. (will cost 50ʙ̃)

*ACTION_0.2* - Classification of States, South Chromia being the island, North Chromia being the mainland. These states will share the same government, but not resources, and must rely on trade to get what they need.

*ACTION_0.3* - The creation of the Managate, where 50 representatives from each city will control an aspect of Chromia. Chromus will be in charge of the **Managate of Labour and Agriculture**, Chromatus is the **Managate of Recreation and Fine Arts**, Chromatia is the **Managate of Science and Education**. (these are paid for by monthly taxes, which is 5%, 10%, and 15% in Chromus, Chromatus, and Chromatia respectively)

*ACTION_0.4* - Establishing of the Chromian Act, Gender Act, and Transportation Act. People will now vote for new laws to be changed, what punishments criminals recieve for breaking a law, if the guiltility¹ of a victim is ambiguous, and in general any major event (city-wide events are handled by city members, instead of national citezens). Any person can legally be identified as any gender, or agender. They also have the freedom to marry whomever they please, as long as beastiality or rape is commited. People changing states must have an identification card (which will now be printed for all current non-prisoner citizens) to prove that they are a citizen of Chromia, or foreigners may get a Chromia Transport Pass, with a seal of legitamacy (will be distributed to trusted countries) made with traces of Chromium, a mineral only Chromia has.

*ACTION_0.5* - Building of Wall between North Chromia and Xyra (250 ʙ̃). Will be completed by Phase 3.

The Fundamentals of Decency are listed below:
- The government creates a list of laws.
- The people decide on events, only if the event is ambiguous. (events count as punishing criminals, changing the laws, etc.)
- If the people are in need of the government to help them, the government will take over.
