Introduction in case: I spoted main accounts on this list using two parties in Argentina: ID 114 and ID 169, to wash golds from their multies.

Conclusion from both parties:
	3777 profited 360 golds from washing money via party.
	15215 profited 485 golds from washing money via party
	25924 with his 2nd account 26664 didnt have direct profit, BUT all donations to the Argentinian treasury happened while one of them were PP.
	Argentinian treasury profited in total 2237 golds.

	For other players involved in this (Party and country presidents in moment when they made donations containing suspicios golds) there are no strong proofs that they were part of this washing money team.

MY OPINION: 3777 - since this is his 2nd offense, he should be temp banned for 24h, golds removed and last chance given.
			15215 - 3rd offense, temp ban 48h, removal of golds and last chance given.
			25924 - 3rd offense, temp ban 48h, since he is CP removal of golds from his account considered as country golds, last chance given.
			26664 - 2nd account of 25924, perm ban.
			15969; 30310 - Perm ban.

Also accounts with ID's: 18542, 7893, 3423 AND 30365 were party or country presidents in the moment when they donated golds from party to country or as presidents to other people. Since there are no strong proofs against them, they will get log with this case added to their accounts, but no further actions.
