Originally I went Dewford for the trade routes but I think securing the capital, and particularly the king and his people, is priority numero uno.

I'd like Fragrances too, since that would assist with Enchanting. Put on some enchanted clothes and deodorant + eau de toilette that assists with the effects and we are easy mode. It gets harder to Detect Evil when the evil is spread out.

It always helps minimizing the drawback of fantasy settings not having fridges. Put leftovers in a bubble and you don't even have to reheat your dinner.
