click register (top left button), make an account.
	preferably put it on an unimportant email but that might not matter

scroll down to the DLCs ONLY heading

click on the first button that says show under DLCs only

download one of those links (i think)

after that you will have all the DLC to the game. drop the DLC files into the DLC folder in your EU4 game file

after that go to cracks, find CreamAPI, and drop it into your MAIN EU4 game folder. your main eu4 game folder has the steamapi.dll

replace all the files
