Hi All,

An unfortunate incident occurred this morning with respect to the Anne Arundel County Election Day EDO Tracker.  It appears that somehow, the names of the folks on the updated tracker I sent last night have been compromised, as some of these folks have received harassing phone calls or email messages beginning this morning.

All of you receiving this email should have received a copy of the tracker from me last night.  I did not send the tracker to anyone who is not on this list.  This afternoon, I briefly spoke with Aaron Jones, Ron Elfenbein’s campaign manager, who made a good suggestion.  Aaron pointed out that it is quite possible that the email account of someone on this distribution was hacked or “broken into” and that someone may have gotten a copy of our tracker file from such illicit action.  He mentioned that especially for those who use services like Facebook, this may be even more likely.

Therefore, each of you on this list should be aware of a possibility that someone hacked your email account, and may find it advisable to CHANGE your EMAIL PASSWORD.   I just changed mine.  Thanks for your help.
