Im sorry for the ping. This is a sad day for me, and I would like to share it with everyone here.

yes I have been permanently banned.

Now before you all say, I reckon you were hacking. I don't even know what 3rd party software
I'm being banned for, since I never used any.
I'm not ashamed, or afraid to say, that yes, I was in the MrNiceGuy's FishBot discord,
nor am I ashamed to say I was also in the PYX Reborn discord, a bot used for the Hystria
Hackers.
The thing is, I don't fish, I don't grind Hystria, and until recently, I didn't do anything other than
afk process, and go to BA with my striker to fight people.

After I got that reply, I went into extreme detail of my case, as I know i've been wrongfully

That is the support Black Desert Online offers everyone.
When you believe you have been cheated by their own scan, you can not even ask to
appeal.
It's been fun everyone. Im doing a charge back, and hopefully it goes through, but
it's a fair well.
