  1. [[:Category:Roblox|Roblox]] is an Internet-based game where users can create games for others to play, play other games already created, create clothes or "skins" for avatars to buy and wear, and buy hats, faces, gear, and "packages" created by Admins to fully customize your avatar. This tutorial will teach the basics of creating a shirt, or "skin" for the arms and torso.

  6. === Customizing Your Template ===
  7. #Go to the "Develop" option, which is the third button right of the "ROBLOX" logo button in the top-left corner. This is where you can find a template.[[Image:RblxTemplate1.jpg|center]]

  9. #Look just right of the "Create New" button. There should be a title that says "Create a Shirt". Just below that, there is text that reads, "Did you use the template? If not, download it. The last three letters in the text, "download it here", are hyperlinked to the template picture.   20. #Choose any color and fill in the color spaces.

  25. #*If it asks if you want to expand canvas say no. Just readjust the size of the background to your liking.

  28. #Add a new layer and paste it in by pressing ctrl + v. Resize it to your liking.

  30. #Continue adding images and remember to add a new layer before pasting it in so it won't mess up the other images.

  33. #Lastly you will need to select the 'Magic Wand' tool and click the pink images and press ctrl + x to delete them. Your image is now transparent

  44. #Pay for an ad to advertise your shirt, if desired. From "Create a Shirt" or Inventory or Character, click the title of the shirt and you should come across a page with the title of your shirt at the top. Click the configure button, and select "Advertise" (unless you want to put the item for sale if you haven't already.   45. #* Advertisements come in Banner (728 x 90), Skyscraper (160 x 600), and Rectangle (300 x 250). Create your ad in any program and, again, customize it to your choice, but the entire shape will appear on-screen.
