- You did not answer our question, we ordered an 8 cores VPS and now we got a 4 cores VPS instead.
- It took us all day long to back up and set up all system, before confirming that we got what we ordered, we will stop the progress.
- Regards.

- Thanks for your response.
- It took us about 6 hours to set up our stack and back up the database. It will be time-consuming, I will send a message when we finish the process.
- by the way, this kind of VPS has 8 CPU cores or 4 CPU cores? We got confused about the services you provided.

- we understand your situation, and we have no problem about the pricing. The problem here is we can not run some Java libs which require to change vm.max_map_count of the VPS. We chose KVM VPS because of that reason.
- If you have any solution, please tell us asap. We are trying our best to fix our stack too.

- My VPS is Swiss-based KVM VPS but somehow I can not set memory page size after following this guide, I guess that my VPS is an OpenVZ VPS. Can you check on that? Was that any mistake here?
