  5. You did not answer our question, we ordered an 8 cores VPS and now we got a 4 cores VPS instead.

  7. It took us all day long to back up and set up all system, before confirming that we got what we ordered, we will stop the progress.

  33. We checked and the problem is our order was an 8-core CPU.

  35. RAM: 5120 MB DDR3
  36. Swap: 5120 MB DDR3
  37. CPU: 8
  38. Disk Space: 150GB SSD
  39. Bandwidth: 5500GB [1Gbps]
  40. And the old VPS had 8 cores too.

  223. we understand your situation, and we have no problem about the pricing. The problem here is we can not run some Java libs which require to change vm.max_map_count of the VPS. We chose KVM VPS because of that reason.

  249. My VPS is Swiss-based KVM VPS but somehow I can not set memory page size after following this guide, I guess that my VPS is an OpenVZ VPS. Can you check on that? Was that any mistake here?
