13. 1. How do i get reputation points?
14.
15. Answer: Reputation post are earned and not given. Contribute to the forum, be a nice user and simply don't be a d!ck. There are nice users here on the forum who will reward you for being a quality user and that is often done by reputation points. The main thing is that you are not allowed to ask for reputation, you can read about the Reputation System, here.

19. 2. Why can't i post in the marketplace?
20.
21. Answer: To post anywhere in the Marketplace forum you need at least one positive reputation point in total. This is because new users can easily get scammed if you are not familiar with the forum and many more reasons. Don't rush it to use the marketplace, use the forum first.

26.
27. Answer: Users are allowed to give anyone negative reputation points for any reason. There are only one exception and that is to call someone a scammer without having a deal dispute (scam report) open and linked in the reputation comment. But saying things such as "Deal with caution" is perfectly fine.

37. 5. Am i allowed to use a VPN?
38.
39. Answer: Yes. However, if you end up finding a VPN that is not blocked on the forum, you put your account in risk. If you happen to match IP with other users, you will all fall for the banhammer. But there are ways to use a VPN and make it skip HF's domain. You can follow the tutorial below to make it happen:
40.
41.
42.
Run CMD as administrator.
43.
Type "Route print" and look for your gateway IP.
44.
Then you need to find HF's IP which you can do by typing "ping hackforums.net".
45.
Lastly, type in the command "route add WEBSITEIP YOURGATEWAYIP".

50. 5. I want to make a new account, am i allowed?
51.
52. Answer: Absolutely not. There are one and only one occasion when users are allowed to make a new account and that is if your account was closed for "inactivity". But if you have an account, then that is your account.

78. 2. Hack Forums requires that every post must have at least 25 characters to be posted. This prevents Low Quality posts. Users bypassing this feature will receive a warning. Bypassing this feature would include copy & pasting random characters toward the bottom of the post, using the default color of Hack Forums to hide text, or just using an excessive amount of MyBB code to bypass the limit.

89.
90.
91.
92.
Post in the correct category. Read the forum descriptions if you are confused.
93.
Use good grammar. Start sentences with a capital letter, and end it with correct punctuation.
94.
Don't double post. That's when you post one after another instead of editing your existing first post.
95.
Don't cross post. That's when you repeat a post in multiple threads or categories.
96.
Create relevant subjects for threads. Shit like "OMG" for a subject is immature and asinine.
97.
When posting content from another site, credit the site; use quotes and link to original content (unless it is a competing forum, in which case you shouldn’t be posting the content).
98.
No "Post Here and PM me" threads will be allowed. This includes "Post Here and I'll PM You" or any "Post to PM" threads.
99.
Be kind to others. How hard is it not to be an asshole?
100.
Act like you're older than 16, even if you aren't.

106. 3. Trying to infect other Hack Forum members is obviously against the rules. To assure that you are not, and show that you are trusted member, posting a scan report is suggested. Most users use Virus Total to scan their product, then copy and paste or screenshot their report.

110. 4. Similar to rule #3, posting links to an infected file by a post, signature, or any other location on Hack Forums is HIGHLY against the rules. We are a community, we should respect all users.
