The requirements that are needed for this SE are:

Serial Number
 Details on how your item works (If you have no clue how your item operates then it'll be harder for you to perform this SE)
A valid excuse that you are going to use in order to get the product 'replaced'
Have some experience on SE (Try it if you want but with experience it'll be easier for you)
Basic Steps:



Step One: Head over to the HP website (support.hp.com) and find where it tells you to put your serial number then click on submit.



Step Two: A window will show up with the selected item from your serial key. Click on "More Support options" then check the warranty status.



Step Three: You now want to go down and click on Support options for your product then proceed by clicking on 'Contact HP'. This will then take you to another tab which will give you options on how to contact them. I normally phone them because it's more easier that way to get the SE done faster but if you are scared then I'd recommend live chat.



Step Four: Once you are in the live chat you want to give your excuse (it's best if you come prepared so you don't have to think on the spot). An example you could use is your Omen is shutting off randomly or your Omen is not turning on. Then they will give you troubleshooting methods in order to fix your product but our goal is to receive a free product so we will keep saying these troubleshooting methods don't work.



Step Five: After saying the troubleshooting methods don't work, they will then come to a conclusion and ask you if you want a replacement, you obviously want to say yes. If they ask you to ship the 'item' to them then just FTID them. If you don't know how to FTID them then use the services that are provided on nulled.



Step Six: Now just wait for your product to get shipped to you wink.png
