- RACES
- Each race recieves 10 "Racial Trait Points" that they may spend within their own race to pick features that they enjoy.
- All points must be spent, though they may recieve additional points by selecting features that are detrimental.
- Half-breeds are unique, and any two player races may be combined into a half breed. Half-breeds only
- recieve 8 racial trait points instead of 10, but can choose traits from both races freely. There is no LA.
- Similar abilities from different trees do not stack as a halfbreed. For example, a halfbreed elf/human cannot
- recieve +4 Dexterity.
- Some traits have multiple tiers. Only the bonus and cost of the taken tier apply when taking said trait.
- For example, a Dwarf with -1 Charisma but +2 Constitution has a remaining trait pool of 9.
- Traits that would lower one of your base attributes below 3 cannot be taken. For example, if you were a dwarf
- with 5 base Charisma, you could take Charisma -2, but not Charisma -3.
