I have allot of stuff to say about allot of the stuff in this thread, but for now.

First, the threads title is probably the most insulting thing in your post, also,

I'm not sure if the mindset has changed, but I know for a fact we've talked before about whether we want to become a more serious guild, and have always decided that we are not doing the hardcore progression based raid guild thing in this guild.

If we have decided to change that then I have a list of 10+ people I will immediately gkick, and will add on 3 more raid days, make 90% attendance mandatory ect, ect, ect.

I came to this from a hardcore 6 days a week progression raid guild. It's not like this is the first MMO I've played.

As I said, lots more to say, but for now yeah.

Edit: Also, you know we do know what stuff like Loot Council and DKP depreciation are. I can't speak for anyone else but I find it pretty insulting that it you feel the need to explain them to us as if we have no clue?

I could be overeacting because I'm tired, and will read through this again later on. But for now, maybe you could of been more careful with how you worded pretty much everything in the post.
