1. [2020-02-20 18:35] *Aelthryn Starsand smirked softly at Aeyaleth and shifted again, stretching out with several pops coming from his back and shoulders. He then pushed off from the bath's edge to float across it slowly. "Now, you should be aware that knowing this will be very dangerous for you, as well. It's not a little secret, and it's... Mm, well, it's a little unfair, if I'm being honest." The whole time, he made sure not to flaunt his form, arching his back and pressing his rear to the bottom of the bath, hiding pretty much everyhing 'sensitive' from Aeyaleth's eyes. He stopped when he was on the other side of the boy, having paddled himself to there only to lean back further and splay over the bath's edge. He turned his head sideways in order to look into the boy's eyes directly once more. He seemed to quite enjoy eye contact.

3. "And once you know this- You can't un-know it. And to be honest, not even Aerin knows this yet. He just thinks I'm really quiet and nice and... eager to help, heh." He grinned faintly and shrugged slightly. "So. Now that you know everything- You still wanna know the truth?"
4. [2020-02-20 18:40] *Aeyaleth Fireblossom played into the hand being dealt by Ael perfectly. Every word - though it seemed to be made to dissuade him from knowing - only did the opposite. Knowing something others didn't know? Something that was obviously powerful, that was important? His eyes were locked onto Ael's own, and followed his every movement - Now Aeya was fully intrigued. The bit about knowing even though Aerin didn't was the icing on the cake though.
5.
6. "I am an accomplished mage, I'll have you know! I have known secrets the world over, I am sure that yours will be nowhere near dangerous enough to even bother me!"
7.
8. He folded his arms over his chest, grinning as he couldn't help but scoot forward slightly, leaning in as well, his chin breaking the water's surface, watching through those ice blue eyes with all the longing of a crocodile - This secret would be his.
9.
10. [sub]"Show me..."[/sub] He said softly, almost breathlessly, his heart racing.
11.
12. Secrets were the best things ever. Learning them even moreso.
13. [2020-02-20 18:47] *Aelthryn Starsand knew exactly what he was doing, and he knew why he was doing it. He also knew there was no chance Aeyaleth was actually prepared to know. Still, show he did. "Mm. As you say. Surely, as an accomplished mage, you know many things. You know you're surrounded by many powerful beings, many mysteries and even more danger in delving into them." He shifts a little, swinging his legs around underwater until he was chest-down, propped up on his arms and staring up at the adorably knowledge-thirsty boy across him. "And surely... You are aware of the Dragonflights." That said, a devious grin split his lips and showed off razor sharp, draconic teeth. The change begun.
14.
15. In front of Aeyaleth's eyes, like the mind tricks of madness, Aelthryn begun to change. A wince painted his expression for a moment, followed by a deep inhale as he shifted. His ears were suddenly horns, his hair turning into a silky mane dropping over glimmering bronze skin; He had scales in this alternate form, as well, all along his body and shimmering colourfully along the tail now swishing behind his back playfully. "And if you think of telling anyone...", he purred softly and seductively, leaning in towards Aeya with an ophidian grace. "I can grow much larger... and hungrier."
16. [2020-02-20 18:54] *Aeyaleth Fireblossom always liked to think of himself as a brave hero - one who would discover great things, adventure the world, and earn a spot in the annals of history. He feared nothing, or so he thought - and the shifting of Ael only made him grin. He rose from the water to stand up straight, folding his arms over his chest as he grinned down at the boy on all fours. "Submitting al-" He was cut off though as talk turned to dragonflights, and then that wicked smile was shown.
17.
18. Aeya's eyes widened - he went from confident and sure to scrambling back against the edge of the pool, hand raising up to trace out abjuring wards, an attempt to conjure somewhat of a shield around him as the change happened. He couldn't stare into those silver eyes anymore, just the - admittedly beautiful - scales of a bronze dragon!
19.
20. He remained completely still - he was in case no Perseus to the Ophidian's Medusa - And it was indeed as if he was turned to stone. A soft little whimper as that large snouth came towards him, the swishing of the tail seeming more dangerous than playful. He saw the glinting and glimmering of his weak little shield as Ael brushed against it, gulping at his throat.
21.
22. "I...I..."
23.
24. He closed his eyes tightly, taking a deep breath before opening them once more. "Your s-secret is safe with me - I promise! even from Aerin!"
