Ok everything looks good but the Toxic stall needs to go. Like I understand you want to stall out strong special attackers (Latios 2HKOes you anyway with Stealth Rock) and stall them out with Toxic, but in practice this doesn't really work. That set is absolutely fodder for steel types (especially Nattorei) and its just not too hot.

Just give it a mention in AC.
