  1. I strongly disagree with the buyer's claim for refund as it is entirely groundless and misleading.

  3. First, the payment was made for provision of services, not goods, thus the comment "item not received" is misleading;

  5. Second, service in question (computer game development) was provided entirely and accepted by the buyer. Upon your request I am ready to provide you with proofs containing chats about the service and its transactions;

  7. Third, I am also aware that buyer's claim in fact originates from internal disputed between buyer and third parties, which have been ultimate beneficiaries of the service in question. Due to inability to solve this issue by themselves the buyer is now unjustifiably seeking to refund the money I have honestly earned. Additional proof with name and surnames of such third parties can be provided upon your request.

  9. Fourth, the entire service provision was split in phases, therefore there have been made several paypal payments to me, which are now being disputed on the basis of false reasons. All those claims are related, thus my defense is the same with respect to all of them.

  11. All being said, this is a fake and false refund for money, therefore I would like to get my money back to restore my Paypal balance from -100.64 EUR (aggregate amount of claims) to 0 EUR.
