  1. I would like to start a discussion about some items that i think can help better the guild and get us working on a more efficient schedule. This post is more directed at the officers as they are the people who control the overall pace of the guild while raiding. I'm not sure this is the place or the way to post this but i see no other place where i can get all the officers to see this in one fell swoop. I feel like i should say that i want to make this as constructive as possible as i don't wish to cause any drama or piss anyone off and i hope you guys can see this post as me trying to get some positive change in the over all play during our raid nights as we only raid 4 hours a week. This post will be long and i will mention some names please do not take it as a personal attack. (I was going to post this in raider chat but its a lot so figured i would just pass it along to you guys)

  3. The first thing i would like to speak on is being as ready as possible for the encounters you expect to do in any given raid night. Having raided with you guys for the past month now this has been the biggest issue on an encounter to encounter bases. This stems from the basics such as class knowledge and at the minimum coming to raid knowing the basic idea of the strategies you wish to use on any given encounter so it can be quickly and concisely explained to the team and pulled. MC is not an over complicated raid so we have been getting away with just kinda winging it but come the future phases the raids will not be as forgiving to this mentality. I understand the raid team is new and some of you guys have never been part of a raiding guild let alone played the game before but this is something i would be interested in starting a discussion on and getting ironed out before BWL comes around.

  5. Another issue i would like to speak on is trash as this wastes a ton of time a week i figured it would settle down and we would stop making the same mistakes pulling it but it's still been a huge issue. We are getting better at pulling stuff that's needed and leaving a lot of it alone which is great just the skip at the start saves us 5+mins and a potential wipe. This is more directed towards the pain packs as they are what is causing us the most issues and time each week. The biggest fix for this is for people to not attack the mobs till they are positioned i get its been said but it needs to be enforced. Example of why this is killing us as a lot of people still do not know they cleave in a wide cone in front, when we pet pull and skull comes over and gets in position for .5 secs and someone pulls off lougi cowel or kyattle we as a raid get cleaved and that sole person who can't watch the threat on the mob is the reasons the heals get behind and then people start to die off. This has consistently happened on every pain pack for the past 3 weeks and causes about a 3-5min delay per pack while the group gets the people who died ressed and re buffed. (this is the reason tanks die to these so much with heals being so far behind they lose focus on the tanks)

  7. I also would like start a discussion on debuffs as a lot of you guys may or may not know there is a 16 debuff limit on any given mob in WoW classic. This one is low priority as the above issues are way more important but getting a list of debuff we are able to use in any given encounter to the raiders will save us some 1%-5% wipes later in the life span of wow classic. Just going over logs and looking at debuffs applied to the boss you can see a lot of them get pushed off for a good while by things such as moonfire, serpent sting, rend and many more those are just some examples i have seen in our logs.

  9. Just a quick end of post thing im not an officer im a nobody in this guild maybe im in the wrong for pointing this stuff out as a nobody but i feel as if some of this stuff needs to be ironed out as coming to raid week after week making these same mistakes is wasting a lot of people valuable free time and will cause loss of raiders and players in the future. I like a lot of you guys and i just want you to succeed as a raiding team.
